We recently received a $2500 water/sewer bill, our normal bill was usually around $400. The city said we probably had some kind of leak and needed to have a plumber come out and find out what the issue was. We contacted the rental agency for the home and they sent out two different plumbers who could not find out where the leak was.

Then they sent out Landon from ServicePlus Plumbing and he discovered we had 3 toilets that were installed when the house was built in 2005 that were defective now and they were causing the water leakage. One of them was in my bedroom and I had no idea it was leaking.

Landon was so very helpful and explained everything to us so it was easy to understand. He also talked to our landload so they knew what was going on.

We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that has plumbing issues and if we have other plumbing or water issues he is the only one we would call.
