The Service Plus technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made it a point to explain everything to my satisfaction and to cover the options/issues that I wasn’t aware of. For example, he showed me how fixing my waterline could also address an issue with my sprinkler system, with only a minor change in the scope of work. Overall, I felt much more confident in the approach he recommended and that the cost estimate was well-documented and reasonable.
